Anti-Theft by Material

Metal cover theft costs road authorities millions annually in emergency repairs and traffic management. SMC composite has zero scrap metal value β€” it is simply not worth stealing. This eliminates an entire category of asset management risk without additional security measures.

Multi-Standard Certification

A single product range certified to EN124 (Europe), AS3996 (Australia/NZ), and AASHTO (North America). For international EPC contractors and programme buyers supplying across multiple markets, this eliminates re-specification and re-testing costs.

In-House SMC Manufacturing

We produce our own SMC compound rather than buying from third parties. This gives us direct control over material quality β€” batch-to-batch consistency that outsourced manufacturing cannot guarantee. Combined with ISO 9001 and SGS testing, every cover meets the same specification.

Lightweight β€” 50–60% Lighter Than Iron

A standard D400 ductile iron cover weighs 80–110 kg. Our composite equivalent: 32–40 kg. This directly reduces installation cost, maintenance labour, and manual handling injury risk. For large highway or utility replacement programmes, the saving in labour hours across hundreds of covers is significant.
