Need branded covers with your logo and colour? We do that. But we're not only a branding supplier. We design, develop, and engineer SMC composite products β from material formulation and structural design to in-house tooling and volume production. Requirements that other suppliers cannot fulfil are where we are most useful.
We handle all three levels. Most enquiries start at Level 1 or 2 and grow from there. Tell us where your project sits β we'll handle it.
Your logo, colours, and surface markings applied to our standard cover range. The most common form of customisation for operator programmes and branded rollouts.
Non-standard sizes, opening configurations, load class selection, locking and sealing systems. For projects where standard catalogue dimensions do not fit the site requirement.
Many SMC products must meet specific structural requirements and load-bearing capacity simultaneously. This is where most suppliers reach their limit β they do not control the material, they do not have their own tooling, and they cannot modify the process. We do all three in-house. That is the difference between being told "we can't make that" and being told "here's how we'll do it."
We formulate and produce our own SMC compound. The formula is not fixed β our R&D team adjusts resin systems, fibre content, fillers, and additives to meet the mechanical properties your product actually requires.
Mould design and fabrication done internally. We control the geometry, tolerances, and timeline β no waiting on external toolmakers, no minimum order surprises from mould shops. Structural design is optimised for both form and load performance.
Our compression moulding process has been refined over 20+ years. Process parameters β temperature, pressure, cure time, layup β are optimised per product, not applied as a standard template across everything we make.
When a product has both structural and load-bearing requirements, most suppliers hit a wall β they can't adjust the material and they don't own the tooling. Bring us your specification. We will assess it honestly: if it's achievable within SMC engineering principles, we will tell you how and at what cost. If it genuinely isn't, we will tell you that too.
Three types of buyer work with us β from standard OEM programmes to complex engineering projects.
We supply branded covers to PetroChina and Sinopec station build and refurbishment programmes. Covers with operator logos moulded into the surface, meeting specific load and sealing requirements. We understand large oil company procurement and documentation processes.
Contractors on fuel retail, highway, and infrastructure programmes who need full technical documentation β EN124 test reports, Declaration of Conformity, SGS certification β alongside consistent supply across multiple sites and markets.
Engineers and procurement teams with structural or load-bearing specifications that standard suppliers cannot meet. If your previous supplier said the spec was too complex or the requirement was outside what they could produce β this is why you should speak to us.
Whether a logo change or a full engineering development, every project follows the same five stages. Complexity determines timeline β we'll tell you both upfront.
Send drawings, spec documents, or a description. We review and respond within 48 hours with a feasibility assessment β no commitment required.
For Level 3 projects, our team assesses material, structural, and process requirements. We identify constraints and propose the technical approach.
In-house mould development. Pre-production sample manufactured and submitted for your approval before any volume commitment.
Volume production under ISO 9001 process control. Load testing and dimensional verification. Third-party test reports available on request.
FOB Wenzhou. Full documentation: test reports, Declaration of Conformity, packing list, and any project-specific certification required.
Send us the requirement β drawings, load spec, application description, whatever you have. We give you an honest feasibility assessment within 48 hours. If it's achievable within SMC engineering principles, we will tell you how. If it isn't, we will tell you that too and explain why. We don't take on projects we cannot deliver.
Most suppliers buy SMC compound from third parties and have no ability to adjust the formula. When a product needs specific mechanical properties β higher flexural strength, modified resin system, different fibre content β they're stuck. We formulate our own compound in-house, so we engineer the material to meet the requirement. Combined with our own tooling and 20+ years of process refinement, this is why complex projects are achievable for us when they aren't elsewhere.
It depends on complexity. For simple OEM (logo and colour on standard sizes), minimum quantities are modest. For new tooling projects, the minimum is tied to making the mould investment viable β we'll advise the figure alongside the tooling cost in our proposal. For large programmes, tooling cost is typically absorbed into the unit price above a volume threshold.
Yes. For standard products we provide EN124 test reports, ISO 9001 certificate, and Declaration of Conformity. For custom engineered products, third-party testing (SGS or equivalent) is available on request. If your project requires a specific standard or country certification, specify this at enquiry stage and we will confirm what we can provide.
Simple OEM (logo on standard size) can be done in weeks. A full engineering project β material formulation, tooling, sample, approval cycle, volume production β takes longer. We will give you a realistic timeline in our initial proposal. If you have a deadline, share it early and we will work back from it.
Send us your requirement β from a logo brief to a full structural specification. We review every enquiry and respond within 48 hours with a feasibility assessment and proposal outline.

Thank you. We'll review your project and respond within 48 hours with a feasibility assessment. For Level 3 engineering projects, we may follow up with a few technical questions first.
