Delivery time for composite manhole covers is typically 20–40 days after receipt of payment. The exact timeline depends on order quantity and our production schedule.
Because our SMC compound is produced for each order rather than drawn from stock, lead time is confirmed with your order rather than quoted as a fixed figure. If you are working to a fixed site programme, tell us the required delivery date at enquiry stage and we will confirm feasibility before you commit.
If your procurement process requires a specific Incoterm, raise it early and we will confirm whether we can work to it for your destination.

Sample delivery time varies considerably depending on the shipping method you choose — courier, air freight or sea freight.
Composite manhole covers: 36 months from the date of cargo receipt at the destination port, or 38 months from the date of delivery of the goods — whichever comes first.
Sealing rings and accessories: 12 months from the date of acceptance of the goods, or 14 months from the date of delivery — whichever comes first.
Not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overloading, vandalism, traffic accidents, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, or usage beyond the product's rated load capacity. The warranty is subject to proper installation and use of the product within its designed load rating.
Making a claim. For warranty claims within coverage, customers shall supply supporting evidence such as photographs and inspection records. We will assess the issue and offer remedies at our discretion, including replacement, repair, or price negotiation. We are not liable for on-site removal or installation labour, freight charges, or any consequential or indirect losses.
